Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other. Defective keycodes will be replaced. Defective codes can only be proven by the company only with an output from Microsoft.

Shipping returns

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days (not for digital goods) from its delivery date to receive a refund of your purchase minus the shipping fees or an exchange. How to change the shipping/Billing address in order?
